What We Believe
We believe that in order to be happy, one needs to achieve a certain level of comfort. And comfort is not something that you bring along when you move to a new place.
Adjusting to a new place is never easy. And how can you feel comfortable when you have no idea where to begin for even the tiniest of your daily routines. All that while you are working a full-time job, raising a family, trying to catch up with all the new languages that everyone seems to be speaking around you.

Integrating into a new living place is never easy. That is why we have taken all the hard work away from you.
By joining NAIEF, you become a part of a community that consists of hundreds of other members, JUST LIKE YOU. People who share the same interests as you and most importantly have had the same questions but have already been there — done that.
Introducing NAIEF
Networking Association for Institutions Employees and Families (NAIEF, asbl) is a non-profit organization created for employees of EU Institutions and their family members. It aims to bring its members together through cultural, educative, sportive and other activities.
NAIEF partners with EU Institutions based in Luxembourg and their welcoming committees to help facilitate transition and integration of their new employees and their families to Luxembourg.
NAIEF is a thriving (and fast growing) community of EU Institutions Employees and their Families who want to integrate better in Luxembourg, become more comfortable living here, feel more like at home, have fun with their kids, expand their network, learn a language, find a job, start a business, go to see some art, practice their hobbies, and more.
NAIEF aims to facilitate activities in various areas of interests where members will connect to each other through participation. We would like to give our members the opportunity of continuing with what they liked doing before they moved to Luxembourg. We would like to help you find and connect with people with similar interest.
NAIEF members come from many countries, such as Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and more. NAIEF activities are thus concentrated to include people from all those locations and more.
